SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:
We process and prepare all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (Australia wide) Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on a flat rate for both Domestic and International orders. Exact costs will be displayed before purchase completion.

International Shipping:
We ship to select international locations. Additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Accuracy and Quality Assurance:
We take pride in producing high-quality posters. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged poster, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt.

  • Unsatisfactory Prints: Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction unless the order is faulty or incorrect.
